Ursprünglich 2016 nur in Schweden veröffentlicht und superfix ausverkauft, freuen wir uns 2020 das erste Album der „The new shape of punk to come“ neu aufzulegen. TWIN PIGS kommen aus Stockholm und spielen sich seitdem mit wummerndem Synthiebass und tobsuchtsuchenden Hardcore-Garage-Punk in Punkto Schärfe mal eben an den Nachbarn von THE BABOON SHOW, THE HIVES oder REFUSED vorbei. Liefern eben jene seit Jahren zunehmend eher mit weichgespültem Stadionrock den Soundtrack zum Besuch bei der Oma, kümmern sich TWIN PIGS nebenan ums Tapeten bemalen und Wände einreißen. Hemmungslos schweinig hetzen wir uns durch 12 doppel- bis dreistimmige Songs, die im gleichen Maße Wahnsinn und Zuckerwatte offenbaren. Den bandgewordenen skandinavischen Albtraum in Dur gibt es nun in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Freunden von Luftslott Records aus Schweden erstmal wieder auf 300 Stück limitiertem, pissgelbem Vinyl für's Wohn- oder Kinderzimmer. Originally released in 2016 and sold out since day two (I guess), we are happy to reissue the first album of this "new shape of punk to come". Eversince meme superstars and northern europe longest yellow XLR mic cable owners TWIN PIGS from Stockholm play this rumbling synthetic bass driven hardcore-garage-punk, while overtaking their neighbours of THE BABOON SHOW, THE HIVES or REFUSED in terms of sharp- and coolness. If you're looking for the next swedish powerpop supergroup delivering soft stadium rock for grannies tea party, you'll find your enemies in TWIN PIGS spraypainting the wallpapers and destroying your furniture next door. "Chaos, Baby!" means rushing through 12 frenetic double-voiced monsters, that reveal madnes and cotton candy to the same extent. The pre-Scandinavian Nightmare is back again on pissyellow vinyl in cooperation with our friends from Luftslott Records, Sweden. Join the Local Brain Haters Club and welcome your new favorite band!
